F-14 Tomcat with USN, Part 1

NK100 was the CAG-aircraft of the VF-1 Wolfpack, the first USN unit that became operational with F-14A. The squadron was embarked aboard USS Enterprise (CVN-65) during several crusies starting from 1975.

In 1987 the VF-21 was aboard the USS Constellation when the unit was involved in the US escort operations for re-flagged Kuwaiti tankers, in the Persian Gulf.

AC207 of the VF-31 as seen during the operations off of Lebanon, in late 1983.

Seen at approximately the same period, AC211 wears bacially the same markings like AC207 above, albeit the title "USS John F. Kennedy" was moved between the two red fields on the fin.
